Ingredients:
2 1/2 weetbix
1-2 Tbsp water
3 Tbsp coconut yoghurt
1/2 cup milk of choice
2 scoops Banoffee Lean Bean Protein Powder
Toppings of choice! We did sliced banana, Caramel Fibre Syrup, and Biscoff Biscuits!
Directions:
1. Crush the Weetbix into the bottom of a bowl. Add water and mix.
2. In a bowl, mix the yoghurt, milk, and protein powder.
3. Layer the yoghurt mix on top of the Weetbix layer.
4. Add desired toppings and let sit in fridge for at least 30 minutes before eating!
