  • How to use

    Oven:
Add 300ml warm water to 7g dry yeast and 400g bread mix. Knead for approx. 2-3 minutes for a dense bread, or for 6-8 minutes for a fluffier bread. Place dough in a loaf pan and let sit (at 25-30C) for approx. 20 minutes for a dense bread, and up to 50 minutes for a lighter, fluffier bread. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 40-45 mins at 200-220C.

    Bread Maker:
Add 300ml warm water to 1 sachet of yeast and 400g bread mix in your bread making machine. Run the standard or quick whole grain bread program. Choose 500g bread weight on the bread making machine. If your machine is only suitable for larger breads, we suggest multiplying the recipe 1.5x for a good result.

Tasty bread

Very easy to make this bread in my Thermomix, knead for only 2 minutes. It combined very well and baked well.

Low carb bread

Really enjoyed it - didn’t have the one in stock we wanted so tried the garlic & herb - full of seeds/grains and really easy to make - would recommend giving it a try. We are awaiting stock of the standard one - put our name on the waitlisted but haven’t heard anything but would like to try

Delicious and easy

I made this the lazy way by kneading in my bread maker, then popping in the tin and in the oven, couldn't be easier, and makes the BEST toast!!
Flavour, texture, ease of preparation, this is a real game changer for low carb healthy eating

Trickier than i thought

We bought a buy 1 get one free deal. The bread looks amazing. We don't have a Kenwood mixer with a dough attachment in it, so tried mixing the dough in the Breadmaker dough setting and then baking in the oven. Disaster. Didn't rise, glumpy mess. We eating it, its tasty but not flash.
I see on the social media ads the mix is mixed by hand so will give that a try.
