This is the best vitamin C U can get U can't get any better than this stuff it's pure and the body lves it it's taste isn't ment to be sweet it's meant to taste horrible why cause it's pure vitamin C and it works I mix it with juice with the measurement given most important to stick with the amount that's written the packet as we age we loose vitamin C and it most important that we have it every day but theirs so much fake vitamin C on the markets shops etc it hard to now what's pure and what's not right pure vitamin C isn't sweet it has a bitter taste to it and I recommend it Ur body will love U for it but I worn U now the taste is bitter so mix it with juice and only follow how many spoons it says which is only a little bit

I am trying this product by drinking it at the same time as I take Floradix liquid iron formula to help absorb iron in my body. I will not know the results until my next blood test in 3 months time.
