Spook-tacular Matcha Bark

Instructions:

1 cup of yoghurt (used Raglan Greek-Style Coconut Yoghurt)
3 tsp Strawberry Matcha Powder (used MatchaMade; if using unflavoured matcha powder, start with 1 tsp and taste as you go)
1/3 cup no-sugar white chocolate chips (or use regular if preferred)
Candy eyes (from Woolworths)

Method:
Mix your yoghurt with Fibre Syrup and matcha powder until well combined.
Cut your fruit bar into thin strips.
Melt your chocolate chips.
Line a flat tray with baking paper, spoon the yoghurt mixture onto it, and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the fruit bar strips and candy eyes on top.
Drizzle the melted white chocolate.
Freeze for at least 4–5 hours, then enjoy!
