Chocolate Protein Granola

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup wholegrain oats
- 1/4 cup of each hazelnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, coconut
- 1 scoop of Nothing Naughty Lean Bean Protein (Choc Fudge)
- 1/4 cup Nothing Naughty Fibre Syrup
- 2 tbsp of melted coconut oil

METHOD
Pre heat oven to 150°.
Roughly chop the hazelnuts & almonds. Add all ingredients into a large bowl, mix well. Spread over a lined baking tray and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, toss the granola pop back in for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to completely cool before serving. Store in an airtight container.
