Keto Koko Caramel Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients

1/2 cup melted butter 

1/3 cup milk of choice

1 1/2 tsps vanilla essence 

1/2 cup flour (substitute with Ground Blanched Almonds as a keto and gluten-free option—the result may not rise as much, but it will still be just as delicious!)

1/2 cup Nothing Naughty Ground Blanched Almond

1/2 cup coconut sugar 

1/2 cup Nothing Naughty Keto Koko

1/4 cup cocoa powder 

3/4 tsp baking powder 

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate 

Nothing Naughty Natural Caramel Fibre Syrup

 

Directions: 

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Mix all the wet ingredients together except for the Caramel Fibre Syrup.

In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients except for the dark chocolate.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients in a bowl.

Add the chopped dark chocolate and mix.

Pour the mixture into a pre-lined baking tray and drizzle Caramel Fibre Syrup on top.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, check regularly!
